Beginners 
Beginners classes are run for non swimmers through to children who are working towards 10 metres. The teacher will be on poolside with a number of helpers in the water to encourage and ensure the children are safe and enjoying their lesson. 
Improvers 
Improver classes are run for children who can swim 10 metres on their tummy and back. The teacher will be on poolside with helpers in the water. The aim of these classes is to develop stroke technique. 
Advanced 
Advance improver classes are held for children who are deep water safe and who can swim 10-25 metres front crawl, back stroke and breaststroke. These classes continue to work on stroke technique and introduce stamina. 
Competent 
Classes are also run for more competent children who can swim 25 metres plus. The teacher will look at improving the style and stamina of the swimmer. The children will also learn a variety of skills to help them work towards different awards. 
*All swimmers have to wear swim hats and they must supply their own googles*

Teenage Training and Adult lessons and Training: Tuesday evenings   

Autumn Term Dates - Tuesday 14 September to 7 December 2021 (12 weeks). Half Term - No swimming on 26 October 
 
Junior Squad training 
6.30 - 7.15pm 
Approx. 10 years up. Junior squad swimming will focus on perfecting techniques to allow you to swim distance with ease and strength. 
Senior Squad training 
7.20 - 8.05pm 
Approx. 14 years and up. Moving on from Junior Squad these lessons focus on maintaining advanced levels of technique, fitness, and mastering drills. 
Adult beginners 
7.20 - 8.05pm 
This class is for people who want to build their water confidence and learn the 3 strokes, front crawl, back stroke, and breaststroke. These classes take place in shallow water. 
Adult Stroke Improvement 
7.20 - 8.05pm 
The aim with these classes is to improve your stroke technique and gain confidence in deeper water . 
Adult Squad 
8.10 - 8.55pm 
Refine your strokes and become a better swimmer. Drills, stroke technique, and endurance
